The merchandising. Specialist drives the efficient execution of company defined best practices through the
shipment process.
The Merchandising Specialist ensures a seamless customer experience, models service behaviors, drives productivity, sales and profitability.
The Merchandising Specialist ensures the implementation and integrity of merchandise presentation and brand standards in order to provide the best customer experience.
The Merchandising Specialist owns specific assigned department(s) and supports the ongoing visual aesthetics of the store.
The Merchandising Specialist is cross-trained in all work centers to best support store needs at any time. This Specialist has keys and can open the building to begin the shipment process, but should not be the only Leader in the store during open hours for more than three hours per shift.
The Merchandising Specialist can also close the building, but should never be the closing Leader during peak times.
Required Skills:
