The Schutt Varsity Back Plate features Energy Blocks that take the force of impacts and disperse it over a wide area to minimize discomfort. Raised corrugation provides added strength, and 5 mm vent holes help circulate air for comfort. The back plate fits most models of Schutt Varsity shoulder pads (sold separately).
