This bow is super cute! The bow itself is two layers and is approximately 3.5" wide. The ladybug head is embroidered on marine vinyl and it has pipe cleaner antennae. Side: Please indicate if the bow will be worn on the right or the left side of the child's head. Why? The bow will be upside down if you put your child's hair back to one side and you order the wrong side. If you are simply wearing the bow above a ponytail, then the side doesn't matter. If you pull her hair back to HER right, then you need a right bow, etc. It can be mounted on a large (3") french barrette OR a partially lined alligator clip. All my bows are heat sealed for NO FRAYING! All items come from a smoke-free home.
