The primary focus of the Assistant Manager is to support the Store Manager in creating and managing a team of customer service and product knowledge experts. 

Qualifications:

1. 3 - 4 years retail experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
2. Minimum of 1 year luxury retail apparel
3. High school diploma or equivalent
4. Prior commission environment preferred
